Daybooks, February 25, 1840-June 17, 1845, including miscellaneous financial memoranda and accounts, among which are notations of contracts to shoe horses and a list of iron purchases ["Stock Bill"] from November 1, 1842. Included at the beginning of the earlier volume are ca. 60 pages of accounts ("Brought from Ledger B"), 1834-(1836)1840, kept in Sandyston.
